- Calendar: Displays an overview of all employees, showing whether they are on assignments, vacation, or sick leave. Each appointment is color-coded to indicate progress or status, with a drill-down function for detailed views.
- Check In/Out: Employees can check in to their appointments on the calendar, proceed directly to their tasks, and check out when the workday or assignment is completed.
- Time Stamping: Employees can clock in when they arrive at work and clock out when they leave. This captures any extra or reduced time, providing better control over hours worked.
- Time Control: The timesheet records all actual hours utilized, and with an intuitive filtering function, users can search by person, project, work orders, and time bank.
